Role: Chiyoko Uzuki's manager and agent from Kirin Canyon. His main focus is hyping her matches and selling her cutesy image for both publicity and merchandising purposes, though he also seems to look after her when they travel.
Personality: An overenthusiastic agent and manager with a fondness for loud, obnoxiously patterned suits, his bottom line is profit. He's highly persistent and seems to love hearing himself talk. He often jokes and makes light of things, ranging from awful puns to brightening the mood after a dour event. This also seems to help him remain unfazed in situations, such as quickly recovering from having a knife pulled on him.
When it comes to promoting Chiyoko, Pryce tends to be a motormouth - once he starts, it can be a bit of a chore to get him to stop. He uses this skill to adamantly present his client as an idol the masses, playing up traits that Chiyoko herself would never think to mention. However, this can go a bit too far, leading to Pryce making absurd promises that catch Chiyoko off guard. These tend to put her in trouble, whether it be the pressure of appeasing her fanclub, to being forced to confront a particularly intimidating wrestler. Either way, Pryce appears to be willing to say anything so long as it's within reasonable truth and sells Chiyoko's image.
In spite of these promises he makes without warning, Pryce does dote on Chiyoko outside of the ring, sugarcoating his explanations of her opponents to her and doing whatever he can to keep her happy and comfortable. He seems to give all the support he can, though there's always the possibility that it's only out of his own self interest.

Other: He wears a variety of ridiculously patterned suits, which he frequently changes according to the season, location or holiday. In spite of their obnoxiousness, he does make an effort to color coordinate his suits with Chiyoko's outfits. His default is a red suit of roses. He also claims to have various backup devices in case his phone or tablet die or break.
